Open for breakfast and dinner, La Cosecha Restaurant offers live showcase cooking, buffet–style, with international and local cuisine and a specialty theme each night. Start the day with the Hilton Breakfast Program, a color–coded system that identifies whether the menu item is low–cholesterol, low–fat, high–fiber, low–calorie, high–energy or an indulgence.

Visit Grill del Fuego throughout the day for healthy dining options and smoothies in a casual atmosphere, or enjoy a delectable dinner in the a la carte El Dorado, which showcases creative Costa Rican cuisine in a formal setting.

All day long our bustling bars offer the perfect places to meet, mingle and relax over sparkling cocktails, refreshing sodas and light snacks.

It’s necessary to reserve in advance for El Dorado and El Bocadillo to ensure all of our guests enjoy this service in an optimal setting.
