Costa Rica Seasons and Weather

Golden Summer – The Dry Season

The dry season (January-May) brings the heavenly heat of the sun and the perfect tropical climate for leisurely days and action-packed adventure. The high season is the ideal time to visit and explore the beautiful beaches of Papagayo Gulf.

Winter Greens – The Rainy Season

Costa Rica’s sun shines all year round - mainly in the mornings during winter, with rain in the afternoon – so you’re still likely to catch the rays during the ‘Green’ months (June – December).
